Exchange and returns

  1. How do I return an item I purchased online

    We hope that you will be happy with everything that you purchase from our store. However, if you have received an incorrect or faulty item, we will gladly refund or exchange the item when you return it to us in the original condition within 14 days of receipt of your order.

    If you have received an incorrect or faulty item, we will arrange for the item to be returned to us at our cost, and we will replace it with the correct item.

    We can give you a full refund on the incorrect or faulty item, or you can exchange the item for another style, size or colour that you may prefer.

    RETURNING/EXCHANGING INSTORE: Please take your order confirmation, dispatch notice or invoice along with the items you wish to exchange or refund. Our store staff will be happy to help you.

  2. How do I return an item?

    Please follow this process for returning your parcel to us: Re-pack the item in its original packaging with labels and tags still attached. Cover your address label with the femfashions.co.nz address label found on the bottom right of your delivery note.

    Return the package by using the Post Office counters and obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate of posting.

    Keep your certificate of postage in a safe place, as you will need this as your proof of return.

  3. What should I do if I have received a faulty item?

    At FEM we aim to provide you with quality products and service at all times. However, if you have purchased an item from www.femfashions.co.nz and believe it to be faulty, please contact us at Customer Service and notify us of the faulty garment within 14 days of receipt of your order.

  4. How do I return a faulty item?

    If you receive a faulty item and would like an exchange or refund, please send us a message via our Contact Us page, advising us of your order number (found in Order History in ‘My Account’, along with the name/product code of the item affected and the details of the problem, so that we may investigate this for you.

    Please return the item to us following the same procedure as stated in section 2 ‘How do I return an item?’ We will examine the faulty product and be in touch with information of what refund you are entitled to via email within a reasonable period of time. ???

  5. How long will my refund take to be processed?

    If you would like to return an item, we will refund you within 30 days of the day that we email you to confirm that you are entitled for a refund. Please note, this is provided that we receive the product within the 14-day returns period.

    Faulty products returned by you will be refunded in full, including a refund for the delivery charges for sending the item. However, if you purchased more than one item in the same order and you return only the faulty item, the delivery charge will not be refunded.

    We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

  6. Can I exchange an item?

    We will be gladly exchange an incorrect or faulty item but will not exchange an item if you have changed your mind.
